Samarem is a small, family owned business dedicated to helping other families with natural skincare without harsh chemicals or unnecessary ingredients.  Samarem was born out of a love of the power of natural products that cleanse and nurture even the most sensitive of skin.

I started making soap in 2017 when my daughter was a baby and I couldn't find a product to help her eczema.  I bought so many washes and soaps that claimed to help.  I was so concerned about putting these products on her delicate skin, especially because I couldn't pronounce the names of the ingredients and had to look them up on the internet to see what they actually were.

I use a variety of oils, fats, waxes and butters to make the soaps.  No pre-made bases are used.  Milks, teas, coffee, clays, oatmeal, honey, herbs and other natural goodies are used to color, provide exfoliants and boost the skin loving lather these soaps have.  Zero fillers, chemicals or preservatives are added to any of the soaps.

Everything is made by hand, from scratch in small batches, using the traditional cold process method.
